For Erika Fetherolf, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it is about helping people build a life, create lasting value, and establish a legacy for generations to come.

A full-time REALTOR® and lifelong Marysville, Ohio resident, Erika brings genuine care, integrity, and unwavering dedication to every client relationship. Whether she is
guiding someone through their first purchase, helping a family find room to grow, supporting a transition into a simpler lifestyle, or identifying an investment opportunity, Erika approaches each decision with her clients’ long-term goals in mind.  Erika’s passion for real estate began while working for a national custom home builder. There, she discovered how meaningful it is to help people turn a vision for their future into a place they can call home. Her extensive knowledge of new construction allows her to confidently guide clients through every stage of the building process—from choosing the right builder and reviewing contracts to navigating design selections, inspections, and closing.

She is equally passionate about educating and empowering first-time homebuyers. Erika takes the time to make each step understandable, ensuring her clients feel informed, prepared, and confident in their decisions. The trust she builds often extends well beyond the closing table, with many new clients coming to her through referrals from the individuals and families she has previously served.

Erika also helps clients explore real estate as a tool for building long-term financial opportunity. With experience in fix-and-flip properties and long-term rentals, she offers
thoughtful guidance to those looking to begin or expand their investment journey.  Her commitment to excellence has earned her several industry honors, including the Columbus REALTORS® Merit Award in 2022, the President’s Commitment Award in 2023, the President’s Excellence Award in 2024, and Coldwell Banker’s prestigious 30 Under 30 Award in 2023. Erika is also deeply invested in the future of her local real
estate community. After serving as Vice President of the Marysville Area Realty Association in 2024 and 2025, she became its President in 2026.

Erika’s own legacy is firmly rooted in Marysville, where she lives with her husband, Daniel, and their four children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, biking with her family, cheering on her sons at their soccer games, and discovering new restaurants. Loyal, dependable, and driven, Erika believes the strongest real estate relationships are built to last. As part of The Legacy Collective, she is committed to serving not only the transaction in front of her, but the people, families, and futures behind it. Whether buying, selling, building, or investing, Erika provides the trusted guidance clients need to move forward with confidence—and create a legacy that extends far beyond the
closing table.

Megan’s interest in real estate began while attending Capital University, where she played soccer and developed an appreciation for the character and architecture found
throughout Columbus. From the historic homes of Bexley to the distinctive neighborhoods surrounding the city, she became fascinated by the stories homes tell and the lives built within them. She later earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio
State University and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2016.

Natalie Hustak

Director of Operations

For Natalie, real estate has always been about people. She believes an exceptional real estate experience comes from thoughtful communication, genuine care, and making
sure clients feel supported and informed through every step of their journey.

As Director of Operations for The Legacy Collective, Natalie is the behind-the-scenes force helping bring the Legacy Experience to life. From the moment a client goes into
contract through closing day, she serves as a trusted point of contact—coordinating details, communicating important milestones, and helping ensure every transaction
moves forward as smoothly as possible.  But Natalie’s role doesn’t end at the closing table. She helps The Legacy Collective stay connected with clients long after the keys are handed over, whether through client events, continued resources, or simply being there when a question comes up. That ongoing relationship is an important part of the team’s belief that real estate is about far more than a single transaction—it’s about serving people through the many chapters of their lives.

Before building her career in real estate, Natalie spent several years in retail management and sales, where she discovered how much she valued helping people and making a meaningful difference in their experience. That same heart for service continues to shape the way she approaches her role today.

Outside of real estate, Natalie loves exploring the Columbus area for new restaurants and places to grab a drink with friends, cheering on the Blue Jackets, traveling to new cities, and enjoying time at home with her husband and their two children.

For Natalie, being part of The Legacy Collective means helping create an experience clients remember—not simply because of the home they bought or sold, but because of how they were cared for along the way.
